Courier to Dovecot...

Recently I’ve been changing our mail server IMAP/POP from courier to dovecot, not much changing in the mail hierarchy directory because I use the namespace courier in the dovecot configuration.

So far in the performance experience, I could say it fast if not fast enough, configuration is much simpler and be done in just several lines of options in the dovecot.conf comparing to the courier who’s got to be configured in several different config and use 2 different applications in one (courier auth and imap/pop, comparing by one dovecot apps).

I still monitoring until the final 1.0 version release (I use rc14 right now), then I would decide to whether fully migrated the whole IMAP/POP to the dovecot or stay with the current courier IMAP/POP server.
I will posted more detail latter (the migration, config settings, etc).
