I've searching around the net, how to limit the audio/video streaming bandwidth with no avail.
It's still a common problem that the bandwidth resource is very limited here and the streaming media put the burden to this by exhausting it.
Most common streaming service like youtube that linked to the social networking services like friendster user profiles become much more hassle to manage it.
If anyone have the same problem but found the way to manage it, please, would you be so kind to share the method with me?
I've tried the squid delay_pool method by trapping the mime_type with no success.
