Yesterday I try to cleanup the my-long-several-times-upgraded wordpress database, export all postings and deleted the old tables, install wp as fresh new installment, import the exported posts, done.
And voila... all the links gone... damn!
Come to my mind, I don't go to blogroll section to back it up before I deleted the tables...
Human error indeed...
