After fiddling around a couple of tweaks and reconfigurations, I've put the 3 stable into our main backbone proxies cache... no more hiccups... except for two things:
- delay pool does work as expected although still not logged correctly into the logs.
- still can't figure out why COSS doesnt work et all.
